Fun Fit is held in the main school hall - lots of space with no weather interruptions.

Please bring a PE or sports kit, a water bottle and a healthy snack.

Kids Fun Fit is a small-group exercise & activity session designed to help your child build a healthy future and develop a life-long love of physical activity.

Each session uses specific, fun games that encourage children's natural appetite for action, movement, and play, enabling them to enjoy the energy, confidence, good health, and increased ability that goes with it.

Not all children enjoy the competitive nature of traditional sports, yet every child should have the opportunity to develop healthy habits and a life-long positive relationship with exercise and activity.

All children are welcome to attend a free taster session to find out what it's all about, so pack their sports kit, water bottle, and a healthy snack.
